Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 8–14 days once shipped. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Why does my tracking show an international hub?
Some carriers route packages through global processing centers. This is normal — your order is simply moving through its standard path.
How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we can usually adjust it. Reach out as soon as possible and we’ll take care of you.
My order shows “fulfilling” — what does that mean?
Your pieces are being prepared, packed, and queued for carrier pickup. Tracking will update once the carrier scans it in.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — unworn apparel with original tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number and we’ll guide you through a simple, gentle process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Within 7 days of delivery, unworn, non–final sale items with tags may be eligible for exchange. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page and send us an email — we’re here to help you find your right fit.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart.
If you’re between sizes, choose the fit you prefer — sculpted or relaxed.
For a closer fit, choose the lower option; for a softer, roomier feel, size up.
If you’re unsure, reach out. Because we create each piece specifically for you, we want to help you get it right the first time.
Are your pieces stretchy?
Most of our foundation pieces have comfortable stretch designed to move with you.
If a size range is shown on the chart, it reflects the garment’s unstretched and stretched measurements.

How do I earn points?

Where can I see my points?
Click the Rewards icon or visit your account to watch your points grow.
Do points expire?
No — your points stay with you.

What makes Dahlia Rayne a slow fashion brand?
We produce intentionally — each piece is made only after it’s chosen, preventing excess and waste.
We ship in recyclable packaging and encourage you to recycle it after it arrives.
A portion of every purchase supports reforestation and local community care.
Our founders are also active in their communities through volunteering, cleanups, and donations to nonprofits and shelters.
Do I have to donate at checkout?
No. A portion of every order is already donated from our profits. The checkout option simply allows you to grow the impact if you’re able.
Can I recycle my packaging?
Yes — all packaging is recyclable. You can also donate gently worn pieces to local shelters or nonprofits when you’re done loving them.
