Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as each one begins processing quickly.
Product Variations
Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or supplier differences.
These variations do not constitute defects.

Eligibility
We accept returns on unworn apparel only, with:

Clear garment packaging with the SKU label
Returns missing these components may be declined.
Final Sale: Accessories, shoes, and all sale items.
Return Window

Submit return requests within 7 days of receiving the final item in your order

Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days

Multi‑package orders follow the delivery date of the last package
