Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Processing: Monday–Friday

  • Orders placed after 4pm PST on Fridays begin processing Monday

  • Fulfillment: 3–4 business days

  • Primary carrier: USPS (others may be used)

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days (fulfillment + transit).
Timelines may extend during peak seasons.
If you need your order sooner, reach out and we’ll explore expedited options.

Tracking

Tracking becomes available once the carrier has your package.
Once the carrier accepts the package, it is out of our hands and fully managed by them.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the package.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as each one begins processing quickly.

Product Variations

Colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or supplier differences.
These variations do not constitute defects.



🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns on unworn apparel only, with:

  • Original tags attached

  • Clear garment packaging with the SKU label

Returns missing these components may be declined.

Final Sale: Accessories, shoes, and all sale items.

Return Window

  • Submit return requests within 7 days of receiving the final item in your order

  • Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days

  • Multi‑package orders follow the delivery date of the last package

Before You Return

We recommend taking photos of:

  • The item

  • The tags

  • The SKU packaging

This helps prevent delays if the package arrives incomplete or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is significantly different than listed or arrived damaged due to our error.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 business days after your return is received for processing.

Exchanges

  • One exchange per order

  • Items that have been exchanged cannot be returned

  • Exchanges apply to apparel only within the 7‑day window

Apparel‑Only Policy

Our 7‑day return policy applies to apparel only.

Donation Encouragement

If an item isn’t eligible for return, we encourage donating it to a local women’s shelter, community closet, or mutual‑aid organization.
